The following defined terms are used throughout this Privacy Policy. Where a term is not defined here, the definition provided in beo178's Terms & Conditions shall apply.

Where beo178 relies on legitimate interest as the legal basis for Processing, beo178 has assessed that its legitimate interest is not overridden by your privacy rights and interests. You may request further information about any such assessment by contacting the beo178 Data Protection Officer.

Where beo178 relies on Consent as the legal basis — primarily for marketing communications — you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of Processing carried out before withdrawal. beo178 does not sell your Personal Data to third parties. beo178 may share your Personal Data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

• Payment processors and banking partners: to facilitate deposits and withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. These partners receive only the financial and identity data required to complete and verify each transaction.

beo178 retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any legal obligations that require longer retention. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:
