In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with beo178's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, request its closure by contacting beo178 customer support via live chat.

To register and maintain a beo178 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

beo178 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point, including government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by beo178 may result in Account suspension or closure.

To access real-money games and betting services on the Platform, you must complete the beo178 registration process and create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• Your date of birth.
• Your current Indonesian residential address.
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access.
• A mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. beo178 is entitled to rely on the information you provide without independent verification at the time of registration, but reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time, including as part of the KYC process.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. If beo178 determines that a Player holds or has held multiple Accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — beo178 may close all Accounts associated with that individual, confiscate any Bonus Balance, and void any winnings generated during the period of multi-account operation. Real-money deposits may be returned to the payment source at beo178's sole discretion.

beo178 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your beo178 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

beo178 recommends the following security practices for all Account holders:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account security settings.
• Never access your beo178 Account from a shared, public, or unsecured device or network.
• Log out of your Account fully after each session, particularly on mobile devices.
• Contact beo178 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

beo178 will not be liable for any losses, winnings forfeited, or other damage suffered by a Player as a result of unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security. All bets and transactions placed from your Account, whether authorized by you or not, are your responsibility unless you have notified beo178 of a suspected security breach before the relevant transaction occurred.

beo178 employs 256-bit SSL encryption, real-time fraud detection, and periodic security audits to protect all Platform data. However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security, and beo178 does not warrant that the Platform is invulnerable to all forms of unauthorized access.

beo178 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) exclusively. The following payment channels are currently supported for deposits:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel. As a general guide, the minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rp 25.000 and via e-wallet is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed in the beo178 cashier at the time of deposit. beo178 does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer charges for which beo178 bears no responsibility.

Deposits are typically credited to your beo178 Account Balance within minutes of a successful transfer confirmation. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, you should contact beo178 customer support via live chat and provide your transaction reference number for investigation.

beo178 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any deposit and to delay crediting funds to an Account while such checks are in progress. Deposits that cannot be verified to beo178's satisfaction may be returned to the payment source.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the beo178 cashier, provided that your Account is in good standing, your KYC verification is complete, and there are no active wagering requirements on your Balance. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment accounts held in the registered player's own name and matching the payment method used for the most recent deposit.

Supported withdrawal channels are the same as those listed for deposits: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed in the beo178 cashier.

The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes of submission. During periods of high volume, processing times may extend to a maximum of 24 hours. If your withdrawal has not been received within 24 hours of submission, please contact beo178 customer support with your withdrawal reference number.

beo178 reserves the right to request additional documentation as part of the KYC process before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of your Indonesian national identification card (KTP), a selfie with your ID, or proof of ownership of the withdrawal payment account. These checks are conducted to protect players and prevent financial crime and are not optional.

beo178 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, and VIP rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions and published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the beo178 registration process and, where specified, their initial KYC verification.
• Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses and deposit match bonuses are available to each eligible player once only. Attempting to claim a one-time bonus multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — is a Prohibited Activity.
• All Bonus Balance carries a minimum 25x wagering requirement unless the specific promotion terms state a different multiplier. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus subject to a 25x requirement must generate at least Rp 2.500.000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–15%, and sports bets contribute at a rate specified in the promotion terms. Games that are excluded from wagering contribution will be identified on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus Balance and any winnings generated during bonus play will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the applicable wagering requirement is met in full.
• beo178 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Existing wagering requirements already in progress at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms.
• beo178 may apply a maximum win cap on winnings generated from Bonus Balance where stated in the specific promotion terms.

All games available on the beo178 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

The following general rules apply to all games and betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. beo178 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets under any circumstances, except where a technical malfunction has demonstrably affected the game outcome.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or server error during a game session or live bet, beo178 will endeavour to reconstruct the session state from server logs. Where a fair reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance.
• beo178's sportsbook offers markets on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup), badminton, basketball, E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile), MotoGP, and other sporting events. The availability of markets and in-play betting options is at beo178's sole discretion and may change without notice.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games, draw results are determined by official draw procedures and are final. Disputes relating to draw results must be submitted to customer support within 24 hours of the draw.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. The applicable limit is displayed within the game interface or betting slip before a bet is placed. beo178 reserves the right to impose lower personal bet limits on individual Accounts where this is deemed appropriate.
• beo178 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of manipulation, exploitation of a technical error, collusion, or any other Prohibited Activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the beo178 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and winnings, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: registering or operating more than one beo178 Account, whether simultaneously or sequentially.
• Bonus abuse: any attempt to exploit promotional offers through multiple registrations, coordinated play, or any method not consistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• Collusion: coordinating play with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games.
• Use of automated tools: employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Fraud and money laundering: using the Platform to launder funds from any source, making deposits using fraudulent payment methods, or engaging in any activity that constitutes a financial crime.
• Chargebacks: disputing legitimate beo178 transactions with your bank or payment provider. Any player who initiates a chargeback against a legitimate beo178 transaction will have their Account immediately suspended and the disputed amount plus any associated costs will become a debt owed to beo178.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data arising from Platform downtime, technical malfunction, or scheduled maintenance.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information or content published on the Platform, including odds, game results, and promotional terms.
• Any acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or technology partners whose services are integrated into the Platform.

Where beo178's liability cannot be excluded by law, beo178's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited to your beo178 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. beo178 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. beo178 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee a specific uptime percentage.

beo178 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect your rights, the bonus structure, deposit or withdrawal conditions, or eligibility criteria — beo178 will provide reasonable notice by:
